MEET CHOCOLATIER HELENE GOETHALS

Born and raised in Belgium, a country famed for its delicious chocolate, I have always dreamed of working with chocolate. 

I am a qualified chocolatier.  I have studied the art of chocolate making in Brussels and have had the fortune of being trained by some of Belgian's best chocolatiers (ie. Laurent Gerbaud,  Jérôme Grimonpon, ). 

Now settled on the Northern beaches, I have my own chocolate business and shop aimed at providing the best Belgian chocolate experience.
